YWCA :: Social Justice Advocacy Project

Help the YWCA of San Diego support victims of domestic violence & their families!

How? Bring Giftcards from: Target, Vons, Albertsons OR prepaid VISA or MASTERCARDS to the AWP Conference & place them in our collection box located near the Registration area.

The Women’s Peers of Psychological & Counseling Services at UC San Diego will be monitoring collection & deliver all donations to the YWCA.

 

All donations go directly to the YWCA of San Diego for purchases of school supplies, clothing & food for women & children escaping homelessness & domestic violence.

The YWCA’s programs for women & children entail:
:: residential housing, including the Becky’s House and Cortez Hill Family Center programs
:: counseling
:: legal support
:: career assistance
